Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional ambulance transport provided for my mother from George to Pretoria. The entire experience was handled with professionalism, care, and compassion - far beyond our expectations.
A special thank you to Paramedic Jacobs, whose calm presence, medical expertise, and genuine kindness made all the difference. Both Paramedics Jacobs and Miena kept me in the loop of their whereabouts en route the entire time until they stopped at their destination. The team of three treated my mother with dignity and warmth throughout the journey, constantly checking on her comfort and wellbeing.
Their dedication and empathy were truly remarkable. They made the time the following morning to check on my mother in hospital before their journey back.
From start to finish, the service was seamless, reassuring, and deeply appreciated.
Frontier Medix Ambulance Services delivered excellence in every way. They come highly recommend! The Saaiman family

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. My family and I had a great experience with Frontier Medix. Immediately after being lifted by a helicopter on the bone crusher route at Camphorsdrift, after a medical emergency at the top of the mountain, the ambulance were there to take them to hospital. They also drove me to the car to drive back home. Everything went well, and we are fine now.
